Cave Garden, in the heart of Favignana, was created through the complete restoration and transformation of a historic home overlooking an ancient tuff quarry, the characteristic stone of Favignana. An exclusive charming residence featuring rooms and suites, located just a short walk from the beaches and the town centre. The true added value of our residence lies in its atmosphere and unique surroundings, allowing guests to fully immerse themselves in the authentic “mood” of Favignana: the quarries, the underground gardens, and the houses built with and into the stone. Cave Garden was born from the desire to share the unique charm of Favignana with guests and visitors. The complete renovation of this historic home, carried out according to traditional local building principles, made it possible to create four independent rooms, including a Superior Room and a Suite with a terrace. The ground-floor rooms are literally “carved” into the rock, at the first level of the quarry overlooking the property. Over time, the quarry has been transformed into a true underground garden, which is still undergoing restoration and enhancement works.
