1.Scope of these Terms

These Terms govern general access to and use of FavignanaTips.it. The website owner is identified in the next section. Use of the portal requires compliance with these rules and applicable law. 2.Access and use

Public pages can be browsed freely without registration. Users must use the portal lawfully and fairly, without harming its security, availability or the rights of others.

3.Accounts and reserved areas

Reserved features require an account. Users must provide accurate information, protect their credentials and report unauthorised access. Actions carried out through an account remain attributable to its holder unless proven otherwise.

4.Business listings

FavignanaTips may create listings from public, verifiable information. Owners may claim a listing through the designated process and, once approved, manage the information allowed by their plan.

5.Business-provided data

Businesses are responsible for the accuracy, legality and currency of the details, contacts, opening hours, offers and other information they provide. FavignanaTips may request checks or corrections.

6.Content and materials

Anyone supplying texts, photos, logos, trade marks, links or other materials must hold the necessary rights. They grant FavignanaTips only the non-exclusive, limited rights required to manage, technically adapt, publish and promote the relevant listing.

7.Intellectual property

The FavignanaTips trade mark, software, design, editorial texts, databases, photographs and proprietary materials belong to their respective owners. Access to the portal does not transfer intellectual property rights.

8.Third-party links and services

The portal may include links, maps, videos, payment tools or services operated by third parties. Their terms and responsibilities belong to their providers; FavignanaTips does not control external content or availability.

9.Rules of use

Users must not use the portal for unlawful or fraudulent activity, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorised access, collect data unlawfully, publish misleading information or infringe third-party rights.

10.Suspension and removal

FavignanaTips may remove content or suspend features when necessary because of legal or Terms violations, fraud, security risks, manifestly false information or infringements of third-party rights. Where possible, measures are reasoned, proportionate and preceded by an opportunity to remedy the breach.

11.Service availability

The portal is maintained with ordinary technical care, subject to maintenance, updates, force majeure or circumstances beyond reasonable control. Features and content may evolve without affecting accrued rights.

12.Liability

Tourism information and third-party information should be independently checked where it affects safety, times, availability or travel decisions. FavignanaTips does not guarantee specific commercial results. Limitations apply only as permitted by law and do not exclude mandatory liability.

13.Standard and Pro purchases

Purchases of Standard and Pro subscriptions are governed by the Italian General Terms of Sale. The commercial purchase path is available only in the Italian version of the website.

14.Privacy

Personal data processing is described in the Privacy Policy; cookies and similar technologies are described in the Cookie Policy. Both documents remain available in Italian and English.

15.Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Italian law. Mandatory consumer jurisdiction and any other mandatory rules remain unaffected; in all other cases the courts of Marsala have jurisdiction.
